Full paper in PDF format can be uploaded from [2] using the user authentication sent to you be e-mail. 3) The deadline for online submission of full paper is *30 September 2016*. 4) The author instruction and template for preparing your full paper is available at [3]. Please follow the author instructions *strictly* while preparing your full paper. 5) Conference registration page is available at [4]. Early bird registration (at discounted price) will close on 30 September 2016. Please register before 30 September and avail the early bird discount 6) Four Training workshops will be conducted on 12 November 2016. Details of the workshops are available at [5]. Please select workshop of your choice while your register or inform the conference secretariat (gisideas.secretary@gmail.com) about your choice of workshop. Seats for workshops are limited and will be allotted on first-come-first-serve basis. So please register early to avoid disappointments. 6) Travel related information is available at [6]. Hotel are available at discounted rates. Please reserve your hotel and optional tours at an early date. 7) Special Field Visit in and around Hanoi will be organized on 16 November 2016. Details available at [6]. The conference fee is kept very low for host country participants and students.
