Dear All, As decided during the GIS-IDEAS 2002 Symposium held at Hanoi, Vietnam (Sept 25-28, 2002) , the next GIS-IDEAS Symposium is scheduled to be held in Hanoi, Vietnam from 16-18 September, 2004.
