Dear Conference Secretariat, I am trying to submit a new abstract now, within the deadline (it is 22:21 UTC) but the website states "New submissions are no longer being accepted" (see screencapture at https://pasteboard.co/Ka84OmF.png ) Please advise. If I made a mistake in my time conversions, please, can you be sure to use timeanddate.com links, for any future strict deadlines?
