The acceptance mail has been sent, however some participants have indicated that they have not received the mail (probably the mail has ended up in your trash folder). The accepted abstracts are available online at http://gisws.media.osaka-cu.ac.jp/gisideas18/papers.php?first_letter=all You may kindly check if your abstract is listed in the above website. The tentative schedule indication papers accepted for oral and poster presentation will be posted on the website before 15 September, 2018. Please note that the deadline for submission of full paper in camera-ready format is 15 Oct., 2018. Full papers submitted after the deadline will not be included in the conference proceedings. Also authors are advised to *strictly* follow the author guideline available at http://gisws.media.osaka-cu.ac.jp/gisideas18/author_guide.html Full papers, not following the guidelines may not be included in the conference proceedings. Participants can avail the benefits of early bird registration before 15 September, 2018. Authors are requested to register before they submit their full papers.
