I am an author of GIS-IDEAS 2010. I have registered for the conference
through Website and received the Invoice. Do I have to confirm the
presentation by sending an email to you after uploading full paper?

Moreover, If I send the fees through bank transfer, can I pay by VND instead
of USD? Because I am the native Vietnamese and it takes a lot of time to
change the currency.

Please reply me asap.

The authors and participants are expected to complete
advance register for the conference by Oct 15 2010.

Early registration is necessary to ensure that you receive
the conference kit and the printed conference proceedings.
The organizers will be unable to supply registration materials to
