Dear Wendy Chapman,
For more information you can address your question to Prof. Dang Hung Vo,
the Vice Minister of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment of
Vietnam whose email address is vo.gdla@hn.vnn.vn.
and/or Mr Xavier Depouilly xdepouilly@ignfi.fr. As this information may be
interesting for many people from both scientific and commercial communities
and especially for us, the member of GISIDEAS Network I hope that these
Gentlemen may provide you more detailed info if they are authorized.
